Instagram Live Instructions
1. Download the Instagram App
2. You will need to use your phone or tablet (not desktop computer)

3. In the App, make sure you are following @bellspalsytalk
4. Tap the home icon on the bottom left of your screen
5. Along the top you will see a line of "circles". You will see me there with a "live" icon. Tap on the circle.
6. You will now be viewing the live feed and you will see me talking.

7. I will be able to see when you join and I will invite you to come live with me. You will see this on your screen:
6. Tap the blue button and we will be Live together! You will be on the bottom of your screen so it is best if you can make sure you are well lit and well centred in the frame.
6. After our talk, it will be posted right away on the Bell's Palsy Talk Instagram feed and IGTV. Shortly after, I will post to Facebook and You Tube. I will send you the links so you can share with your community and friends!
